Functions of the Plot Manager

The Plot manager is used to manage the contents of the time series preview. For this purpose, the plot windows and their contents are displayed in a tree structure. You can create new plot windows, rename them, and close them. In addition, the plot window can be copied to the clipboard as an image.

Display of the Plot Manager

The Plot manager opens when a time series is previewed. By default, the Plot manager is located at the bottom left of the TOP-Energy user interface below the Component template library (see following figure). It can be dragged and dropped freely on the available screen space. Show and hide the Plot manager together with the Plot windows area using the Plot window button in the Show group of the Home ribbon.

Context Menus

In the Plot manager, various context menus, which are called up with a right-click, are available. The following figure shows the context menu of a plot window in the Plot manager.

The following figure shows the context menu of a time series in the Plot manager.

There is also the context menu of the free space in the Plot manager (see the following figure).
