Time Series
To enter values that differ in time, there is the TimeSeries input field. It occurs in combination with the number and expression fields (NumberExpressionTimeSeries, see the following slider).
The
ETA button, located on the far right of the form next to the unit, adds a time series.
The time series functions are made possible by the cooperation of TOP-Energy with the supplied time series editor ETA.
As soon as a time series for an input parameter has been added, the additional buttons
Plot Preview and
Remove Time Series appear next to the
ETA button. The ETA button now has the function to display and edit time series in the ETA.
The plot preview shows the time series in the TOP-Energy form without opening ETA (see figure).
For time series, the time series formlet displays the average, the number of time points, minimum, maximum, integral, the standard deviation, variance, or the number of empty samples (data points) depending on the selection in the drop-down list (see following figure). Average is displayed by default.
Plot Preview
The plot preview shows the time series in the TOP-Energy form without opening ETA (see figure).
The Plot Manager and optionally a Properties window are displayed next to the plot.
