Fuel Tariff Tax Refund

The Component Fuel Tariff Tax Refund

The Fuel Tariff Tax Refund component template, in addition to the other fuel tariff components, allows energy and demand based tax refunds and other revenues to be included.

Component Template

The component template Fuel_Tariff_Tax_Refund.e-ctpl is located in the Component template library folder Fuel Supply.

Integration Into a Scheme

The Fuel Tariff Tax Refund component is inserted between the Fuel Tariff component and the related technical system (see the following figure of the scheme of the CHP variant from Tutorial 05).

How the Component Works

The component template Fuel_Tariff_Tax_Refund is based on a generally valid model for a gas tariff in Germany. It supplements the tariff components Fuel_Tariff and Fuel_Tariff_Natural_Gas_Germany.

The Fuel Tariff Tax Refund component can be used to store energy and performance-based tax refunds as well as other time-defined revenues (see the following figure).

The functionality of the Fuel_Tariff_Tax_Refund component is demonstrated in tutorials 05, 06, 13, 80, and 91.

The component Output data report Total revenues from tax refunds, Average feed-in compensation, Gross feed-in compensation, Energy-dependent revenues, Tax refund revenues from load, Miscellaneous refunds, Fuel energy (calculated based on mass of fuel delivered and LHV), and Maximum power supply (see the following figure).
