Generating a Data Report (Word)
You can generate a data report for the whole 
project or for the following parts of a project:
- a
Variant node, - a
Variant comparison node, or - a
component.
Specify beforehand in the report configuration which data will be output for the selected range.
For the Entire Project
Generate the data report for the entire project tree by selecting the 
Generate data report function in the Project ribbon in the Export group via the 
Word split button (see the following figure).
It does not matter which item is selected in the project explorer.
For Individual Module Nodes or Components
You can also output data reports via the context menu in the Project explorer (see the following figure). Here decides from which element you choose the functions 
Generate report → Generate data report.
