The Component Heat Distribution Losses
The component Heat_Distribution_Losses represents a system for supplying thermal energy in which the heat is transferred through pipes via a heat transfer medium. The component can be used to map known heat losses in the model.

The Heat_Distribution_Losses.e-ctpl component template is located in the subfolder _Distribution Network of the Component template library folder Heat Supply.
Integration Into a Scheme
How the Component Works
Enter the relative heat loss as a percentage (see following figure).
The Thermal losses are calculated and shown in the Output data (see following figure).
