The Component Time Series Interface
The Time Series Interface component allows you to save the configured views of the time series of the corresponding TOP-Energy project in the plot windows and value tables of the ETA.
Component Template
The Time_Series_Interface.e-ctpl component template is located in the Component template library folder Others.
Integration Into a Scheme
How the Component Works
Using one Time Series Interface component, up to three views of time series (time series configurations) in plot windows and value tables of the ETA can be stored. In the form of the component there are the three tabs 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Time Series Configuration (see following figure).
You can name and describe your time series views in the Description of Configuration and Detailed Description text boxes.
To save more than three time series views of a project, simply use multiple Time Series Interface components.
If you copy a project- or variant node that contains the Time Series Interface component, the copied Time Series Interface is linked to the new node. The new Time Series Interface refers to the time series occurring in the new node.
Create
The button
Open ETA (Tooltip: Create a configuration of the time series view in ETA) starts the time series editor in a mode that allows saving the last configuration of the plot windows and value tables before closing.
To do this, click on the Open ETA
After you have created the desired time series view in the ETA, confirm the following dialog with OK before closing the ETA.
The time series view is saved in the Time Series Interface component.
Remove
The Remove
button appears in the Time Series Interface component next to the Open ETA
button (see following figure).
The remove
button with the tooltip Remove configured time series view from ETA only deletes the saved view, not the time series themselves.
Open
You open a view saved in the Time Series Interface component with the Open ETA
button of the component (tooltip: Edit the configuration of the time series view in ETA). ETA must be closed before.
