Advantages of the TOP-Energy Export-Template
Using the TOP-Energy Export-Template, time series can be automatically exported from a TOP-Energy project without starting ETA every time. This saves time.
Creating a TOP-Energy Export-Template
To create the TOP-Energy Export-Template, ETA must be started with the TOP-Energy component Time_Series_ImportExport via the 
ETA button for the Export Configuration (see following figure).
To do this, use the ETA buttons in the forms of the corresponding components in TOP-Energy (see the figure below).
After you have opened all time series to be exported in ETA, start the creation of the TOP-Energy export template via the ETA menu bar File → Export → Create export configuration (see following figure).
The following window opens. In the upper part the TOP-Energy Export-Template is already preselected. This template links the Time_Series_ImportExport component with the correct macro.
A new export file can be created in CSV, XLSX, and XLS formats using the 
Add a new export file button. In the window that opens, enter the desired file path and name.
Then drag and drop the time series from the List of available time series (on the left of the window, see following figure) to the right area under Time series to be exported in the currently selected file. As with Simple Time Series Export, thus specify the desired order.
Several export files can be saved with one TOP-Energy Export-Template. When all files have been created and filled with time series, confirm with OK below and close ETA. This stores the TOP-Energy Export-Template in the TOP-Energy Time_Series_ImportExport component.
Carrying out the TOP-Energy Export-Template
If an export configuration was created in the Time_Series_ImportExport component and ETA was closed two additional buttons appear next to the ETA button in the form of the component (see following figure).
The 
button executes the saved TOP-Energy Export-Template. It automatically exports the time series according to the configuration without having to open ETA.
The 
button removes the TOP-Energy Export-Template from the ETA. The contained time series are not deleted.
The ETA button now opens the time series belonging to the TOP-Energy Export-Template in ETA.
If you then select the menu items File → Export → Create export configuration in ETA, a window with the saved TOP-Energy Export-Template opens.
